"Receptionists do not do their jobs correctly and blame it on the patients sometimes, however, the nurse practitioner Karen Smith is a very good person to work with and very helpful for me."
"I have to agree with one of the prior reviews. The office spaced is cramped and the waiting area disheveled, littered with magazines. The offices lack heat in the winter requiring space heaters and cords all over the place. Air conditioning is lacking in the summer. There are numerous. Dogs and pets roaming the reception area which makes me question if this is doggy day care or a doctors office?. The front office staff is absolutely NASTY. They make you feel like you are a bother and making them go out of their way for you . Dr Kennedy just stares at you like a stuffed animal during sessions offing no effective techniques to deal with your issues. I can stay home and do that without the co- pay insurance or drive to the office. Please do not waste your time here. Seek professional help elsewhere"

"First of all, the office is in the back of a building with only an itty bitty sign saying it is a Mental Health Practice. Further, I had a Terrible experience with Katherine Kennedy. She just stares at you after pouring your heart out and tells you everything sounds perfect while you have tears rolling down your face. I tried 2 appointments thinking maybe the first appointment was a fluke and the second one would be better. I will NEVER come back here or recommend anyone coming to this establishment."
