"They REFUSED to help me 3 Seperate times (because of "Staff issues") when they are the only place in this county that accepts my terrible insurance and they were rude and extremely unhelpful to me each time I desperately need and needed help with my PTSD, Terrible Anxiety DISORDER, Long Term Depression, and I could keep listing my illnesses, and now just recently I lost a few close family members as well and I can't get the help I do desperately need!! Then they wonder why people go and attempt to help themselves!!!! It's absolutely Aweful here in Albany County!! I'm holding on by string's it's horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!"
