"I was super impressed with the care and attention I had recieved from Shannon for my professional facial. Se had asked me about all my skin products and analyzed my skins needs. First impressions count so much. I previously had a bad experience regarding a facial, so I was truly hesitant and concerned. The bad experience was what kept me away and in the dark with my skin needs. Shannon was truly down to earth and never left me alone through out the entire session. She was very knowledgeable, tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing plus what products she was using. I felt very relaxed and with complete ease.
