She even warned me about the smell for the first product she had to use. She said most people go to sleep but we ended up talking most of the time. "Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. Scheduling was easy but when I arrived on time for my appointment I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes before calling out to someone and they said they’d be with me soon. I first sat down in the chair 50 minutes after my appointment time. That should have been my first sign to just leave. I asked for a singular fill on my blond highlight which is about 1 inch wide. That came out as an light brown not blond and was never checked by the stylist. Se I fly i has asked her to trim my bangs. For some reason she cut the bottom layer 1 inch higher than the top. I had to recut them when I got home. Thirdly she gave me a ‘blow out’ which was horrendous and rushed. I met up with a friend after and asked her what she thought to see if it was really as bad as I felt. My friend said she thought that I had taken a shower and just let my hair dry naturally. And lastly, and this is honestly the smallest part, the stylus was weirdly bragging about her children in the whole time, from a very insecure place. She felt the need to tell me her political views on a few items, and well I could stomach that if the service had been good, that, combined with the worst service would make me never want to return here."

She is so friendly and does everything she can to make you feel welcomed. My lashes turned out beautiful and I have continued to go back to get them done.
