"We agreed on a "bouncy/voluminous" blowout just no volume on the crown of my head. If this is bouncy then we clearly have different definitions of what bouncy and voluminous are. This picture was taken moments after my blowout. The stylist barely even dried my hair before beginning the process. After finishing she asked me if there was anything that needed to be fixed, as if that was going to change the final result. Worst blowout I have ever gotten."

"First 2 pictures is what they did and last is what I asked for. Picture was taken less than an hour after they did my hair. They promised that they can do the updo I showed for my engagement celebration party but clearly couldn’t. Was extremely disappointed and ruined my night, I wish they were honest that they did not have the skills to do the style. Wouldn’t go again. Wouldn’t recommend unless its something very simple."
