"I went to Shivonn for several sessions of electrolysis for multiple areas. Shivonn is attentive and communicates well to identity exactly what I wanted. She is warm and friendly and I feel completely with her. I had stray hairs on my eyebrows and lip removed. I also was having getting the hairs on my legs removed, but Shivonn suggested that it might be more time and cost effective for me to get laser hair removal instead and come back to her if I had any random left over hairs. To me that shows that she is interested in her client's best interest and willing to give up business to do what's best for her client. She is a true and rare gem."
