"Called to make sure they sent in a pre authorization; said they did. Then got a call from my pharmacy stating they never received it; then again from my insurance. This place tried collecting a co pay I didn’t owe too because my insurance covers so many visits a year. Looking for a new place ASAP because I have never experienced this mess in my life."

"This place started off promising and has become absolutely horrible. I've had to call them multiple times to get scripts sent to my pharmacy nearly every time I need a renewal. One time, I checked-in for my appointment and they somehow forgot that I was there and took the person after me, causing me to be in the waiting room for over an hour and wasting sick time, which I have precious little of. The final straw is being charged a $90 no show fee after they failed to send my script, despite me giving them more than enough notice for it to be done and calling to check in on it multiple times, which meant four days off of my medication and me being so sick I slept through my appointment. Let me repeat: they failed to send my prescription after multiple phone calls following up on the status, and then still sent the wrong script, which led to me being so ill that I was barely functioning and missed an appointment (and also work), but somehow the blame is 100% on me? There has been zero care and zero responsibility taken by them. They refused to even reduce it. I should not have to call three or more times over the course of two weeks to have my prescriptions filled. I should most definitely not have to be calling multiple times every time I need my scripts renewed. They have caused me unnecessary anxiety, illness, and financial stress due to their failings. I've been told that this is one of the better places to go, which is absolutely horrible. Struggling with mental illness is already hard enough, we deserve better care."
