USA Vein Clinics

"Stay as far away from this place, or any business affiliated with USA Vein Clinics. I made an appointment for last week Nov 25. They emailed me constantly to reconfirm the appt. And the day before they texted for me to confirm, which I replied yes. I woke up early and went to the clinic and arrived 20 min before my 9am appt. At the front desk the person informed me that the doctor (Dr Riley) would not be coming in and they cancelled all appts. He first said that they tried to call all the patients but then I asked when they did this and that I was texted less than 12 hours ago to reconfirm the appt. He then changed his story that the doctor just cancelled. To add more inconvenience I got a call AS I WAS DRIVING HOME from a call center letting me know that I had a 9am appt and that I haven't check in yet. I told them that the doctor cancelled and to please not to call me anymore. Now I get calls daily from a call center asking is I want to reschedule. This place just setting off red flags as a poorly run practice and I'm thankful that the doctor cancelled. You were warned."

"I've been treating my veins since 18 years old. I'm 48 now. This clinic is one of the best. Nice staff, great doctor. Very professional. I like Denis, who was assisting Dr. Yetman. Denis is very knowledgeable and attentive. I've learned so many new things at my appointment when Denis was giving post-procedure instructions. Highly recommended this office!"

"Absolutely horrendous, incompetent liars!!! They STOLE $255 from my mother's bank account for procedures she NEVER received. $5 for a copay and $250 for the procedures. They billed her when she received NO SERVICES from them. She waited for over an hour in the cold reception room and then decided to see what was the holdup by going to the front desk receptionist. There was NO ONE THERE. How is this legal???!! So she went home and yet despite this, they had the nerve to charge her $255. But it gets worse. She was charged by a company called Foxhurst Medical. When I called Vein Clinics, the lady in the bolling department told me they are NOT AFFILIATED WITH FOXHURST. BUT THEY ARE. She LIED to me bc I checked my receipt and next to the USA Vein Clinics logo, it said Foxhurst Medical. PROOF THAT SHE LIED!!! Foxhurst is their partner who charges you for bills. The utter audacity to LIE and then deny the $250 charge which caused me over an hour of my time when filing a claim with my bank. I received NO APOLOGY from USA Vein Clinic and have still NOT GOT REFUNDED for them STEALING $255 from me!! Avoid these incompetent scammers and liars."

"Although the ultra sound tech and doctors are nice the experience is horrid! You make an appointment and good luck. No one followed up, I called the day before to make sure, only to find out it was moved. Meanwhile I already requested time off work. Had to call three times, and every time new story, last rep said there was no approval at all so she didn't even know why another rep would try to correct the appointment issue. First rep didn't check my identity just started releasing HIPPA information about my appoint... He picked up the phone saying he was calling me,i corrected him to make sure he understood that it was I who was calling..his reply "I'm confused" Second rep said she will try to find an alternative day if possible and will call me back... No surprise no one called me Still have not received a call back from a manager. Just horrid! Because limited on time I have I can't wait, but next time would definitely go to a smaller clinic, at least than maybe I would get a straight story instead of a run around."

"First let me start off by saying the anesthesiologist wasn't a people's person. He had the worst attitude I've ever seen in a medical professional. Although, the Dr. was a really nice guy, he was late for my procedure. The front desk was pleasant enough. The nurse was extremely pleasant (& over worked I might add).she made my procedure a little more comfortable for me. The waiting area is very small, not enough seats for all the appointments that they schedule. And when I had my follow up appointment, I wasn't seen by the Dr. who did my procedure. I was seen by a Dr.. that does heart procedures. And he couldn't really answer all my questions. I would never tell anyone not to come here, because there's several locations. But what I would say, is if I had read the reviews before I had my procedure; I would've never came to this particular location. Do your research is my advice to everyone."
