"I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, during my lunch break. The staff was talking to a patient who was getting bloodwork - the conversation was very loud and clearly wasn't about the blood work, as they were discussing retirement and how they couldn’t decide what state to retire in for nearly 30 Minutes. They continued to have personal discussions, all while I patiently waited during my limited lunch break. I was the only person in the waiting room. When I went up to speak to the staff to get an update on when they may be able to take me, they pretended to not see/hear me at first. While I appreciate all of the hard work nurses do, the fact that I sat there, without the courtesy of any update, while personal conversations went on, is unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful. I regret even making the appointment."

"I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for my 20 week sonogram. I cleared everything at work, shifted around all my meetings, my husband took the morning off. I called them the morning of to confirm the time and good thing I did because they said I never made the appointment!!! Of course I did , it's in my schedule , I even have the text I sent to my husband telling him when the appointment is so he can put it in his schedule. They were extremely rude telling me over and over that they don't have me in the system. I rescheduled and I doubt they put it in this time!"

"Horrible experience from the time I walked in until I left, and this was my first time going there. I arrived a few minutes late because my phone was dead and the navigate took me all around the world I eaxplaines that to the girls at the front and no one cared told me I have to reschedule when I told them with my schedule it’s impossible and the test that I had to take had to be dont before the week was up and they knew that as well. No one was pleasant didn’t make u feel welcoming. The Caucasian one with the earring in her noise was disgustingly rude and disrespectful to me and she should not be the first person there to welcoming u on arrival very rude. Won’t be returning"
