"After much research on my procedure and the cost associated, I decided to go to NYU Langone Reproductive Specialists of New York and have had a very poor experience. I was incorrectly advised on the medical costs and tests associated with my initial consultation by the medical staff leading to unnecessary tests and unexpected and very expensive medical expenses. When I called regarding this matter, I have found that people have no follow through saying they escalated the situation, but then no response leading me to follow-up continuously. It has been over 6 months since my consultation and still no resolution. Also, I waited a very long time for my appointment then felt rushed through my consultation. Going to a reproductive specialists is a personal and sensitive situation and they have made it nothing but difficult."

We struggled with infertility for 2 years before we found Dr. Sung and now we have one perfect 18 month year old son and another baby on the way. Dr. Sung is the smartest person either myself or my husband have ever met and her bedside manor for such a sensitive topic is informative and warm. We met most (if not all) of the other doctors in the practice when our schedules didn't align with hers and they were all just as amazing! Not only are the doctors wonderful but everyone from the receptionists to the nurses are top notch, very kind and informative. "I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience here. Dr. Kuokkanen was so empathetic with my history of miscarriages, and she was so kind and patient with me throughout the entire IVF process until I finally got pregnant and was able to maintain the pregnancy. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and eased my anxiety through the entire process. The front staff as well as all of the ultrasound techs and nurses were amazing as well. Each visit, I was in and out in under 20-30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone."
