"ZERO stars - went here because I have trouble hearing out of my right ear. Dr. Bannen asked me THREE separate times if I have choking issues, to which I said no THREE times. He said he wanted to run a "quick" test while was there.......then they charged me $2009!!!!!! Dr. Bannen just wanted to run up the bill and ran a test I didn't need, didn't ask for and had nothing to do with why I was there."
