"I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who was a patient of Dr. Orlova on December 28,2023. 1. Front desc personnel was very attentive and helpful. 2. Dr. Orlova seemed knowledgeable but unfortunately rude and arrogant. My mother is very old and obviously not very healthy woman. And might be asking the same question again . So it was not very professional of dr. Orlova to tell to my mother " I told you three times already and not going to repeat it again " in a very demeaning manner and leaving the room right after without even saying just a few nice words... My mother was very upset about it and that is not good for her heart. 3. Other doctors and staff are usually nice and professional in that office."
