"Awful! My psychiatrist just ghosted me. Never let me know when our next meeting would be, no phone call, no email, nothing and I have no way to get in contact with them. Haven't heard from them in over a month and I need my prescription refilled. Now I have to go through the terrible automated reception to see what's going on."

"Awful. A family member had a psych appointment - our initial appointment was not even with a psych. They said they would call us to set up an actual appointment with the psych after the "consultation" but there has been no call in a week, even after I expressed urgency in the consultation. It is a very sensitive and worsening situation and no ounce of concern or follow up is shown by this center. The customer service is incoherent - when I try to call myself and set up an appointment via phone I get "this is our coordinators job, let me transfer you" then a voicemail. I am in awe at how trash this center is. Avoid them if you care about yourself and your family."
