"I came here because I needed a referral for a mammogram that I had scheduled in a couple of days. I was told by the front desk the NP could see me for it and provided my insurance info. After the medical assistant took my blood pressure and pulse ox the NP came in to see me and was VERY VERY rude. She questioned why I was getting a mammogram in a snarky way because I’m younger than 40 but I was advised to get mammograms yearly by another doctor. She then told me she does not do that and the way she treated me was just very condescending and I don’t understand her aggression towards me. As I said earlier the only service I received here was blood pressure and a pulse ox reading. Maybe temp check too. I got a bill in the mail for $300 when I had absolutely no care provided. I’ve had physicals and tb tests that were $150 so I do not understand the bill at all. Btw I went to another urgent care and was given the referral. I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was but I will never return to city md. I can’t remember the NPs name off of the top of my head but when I look at my bill I’ll update the review with her info."

"This place is amazing and the wait is never so bad. Best city Md in New York! I first came a while ago and a doctor saved me from a scratched cornea that was so painful, they flushed my eye out diligently and did various tests to rule out anything else and it got better within 24hours. The second time i came hoping they could help me with a referral, they were very upfront that they couldn’t help because of my insurance but still did everything to help me. It’s rare to receive a level of care like this on Medicaid - thank you!"

"Instacart shoppers makes feel like a bumper car obstacle course. And if you get stuck behind a single cart at check-out the Instacart might have 3 or 4 orders. They have to scan each item and pay four times so it takes much longer than 3 packed shopping carts. Unless they have Instacart-free days or times, or at lease rules and check-out, I will not be back."
