"My visit to this location was an enjoyable one. The members of the staff were both personable and professional. I was greeted by Chantal upon entry, assisted with forms by Nikita and was escorted to an exam room by Chantal where my vitals were taken and blood was drawn. A few minutes after, Dr. Innocent entered, went over some procedural info with me and I was on my way. Hopefully, I’ll never need to visit an urgent care center again, but if so, I’ll look here first."

"This is not my first time at LevelUp but it was my most memorable because I felt like I was not only seen by the provider but heard by her. I had an issue and I went to Modern MD and the Provider was very dismissive to the point where he might have miss diagnosed me. I was getting no relief 3 days into taking the medication he gave, so I went to LevelUp for a second opinion. Luckily the provider gave me a completely different diagnosis and treatment and with in a couple hours of leaving there and starting my regimen I started to feel a relief. So now 24hrs after going to LevelUp my pain is almost completely gone. Thank you so much. I would love to mention her name but I would keep that to myself. I am so appreciative of her and LevelUp for the wonderful treatment and most of all for not being dismissive to me: The Patient"
