"Incredible call this place and the person answered the phone spoke Spanish but he told me that the doctors of this clinic do not serve Hispanic or Latino public and that they do not speak Spanish that shame, as it is used if there is a dying person speaks Spanish they let him die. ."

"The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment at OB/GYN Mount Sinai Brooklyn Heights at Cadman Plaza) with Dr. Alicia Hernandez and somebody called me to reschedule. I called back to this location (NYOBGYN of Mount Sinai, because they provided me with this number) and the staff was incredible rude... They told me they didn't have that Dr. I was nowhere in their system and I was lying. I said several times, she is located in Cadman Plaza, I am looking at the website right now and her name is in there... Then this girl passed me to another person called "Debra" who was even more rude, she was talking to me like she was arguing on the streets, it was so out of place: "Listen! Nobody called you, ok?? that Dr doesn't even exist" "it is not true"....Outrageous!. I told her "you cannot be telling patients we are lying, try to figure out the misunderstanding, this is very rude" and she just said hang up on me.... It turned out somebody from call center at Mount Sinai called me and yes, they do have an OB/GYN called Dr. Hernandez at 300 Cadman Plaza - Brooklyn Heights Mount Sinai (pics below). Not sure of they are different Departments, but they way they treated me was inexcusable. For sure I won't never go to NYOBGYN of Mount Sinai... I can't imagine how they treat patients on daily basis"

"Absolutely the best office staff to deal with. They are always smiling and will always go the extra mile for every patient. And the doctors are awesome - professional and extremely caring."

"I would give them 0 stars if this was an option. Their office can not make appts for more than 4 weeks out. I was told "just keep calling until we have the schedule". WHAT!!!!"
