"Make sure you clear your schedule if you're coming down here. I bet that the people here are very nice however it took 30 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge that I was even there. It took another 20 minutes for them to make copies. Only to be told that they'd have to call be back with authorization or something. Keep in mind the only employee who was available was on the phone talking about the holidays and pets and what not. 110% not recommended."

"My parents bought a recliner in July. While the chair itself is great, the experience with the staff on follow up has been anything but Since the purchase, the store has been giving them the runaround and refusing to help them get reimbursed through Medicare. They've submit the forms to the store, provided the correct info, and the staff seems to just be completely apathetic and unhelpful. They say they'll send emails and don't, they say they'll return calls and don't. I'm truly saddened by this as you would think a locally owned medical supply store would be more responsive to their patrons. Let it be known, that despite the seemingly sincere note left by the owner below, they cannot be bothered to return a phone call or send out paperwork to help a disabled, senior veteran get reimbursed through Medicare for their medical equipment. Shame on you. We've tried to contact you several times and you simply don't care."
