"I (like so many women) have been trying to find support in getting ADHD testing. Called here two weeks ago and was told, "if we decide to take you on we will call early next week and if we don't you won't hear back". Waited a couple of weeks and reached out to Continental in Garden City. They spoke to me right away, called me back to say they could work with me and I already have a consultation for neurological testing. Don't waste your time here."

"Queer patients beware. I explained to the doctor that I had a preferred name in our first visit. She made me dysphoric are very first time by having me explain what is preferred name is. Our next visit the doctor continue to tell me how beautiful my first name actually is and why don’t I go by that?! seriously you’re a psychiatric doctor I shouldn’t have to explain what a preferred name is extremely disappointed. I went off my meds because I refuse to pay this terrible doctor."

"My care with this group was excellent, until my insurance changed and they did not take my new insurance. Then they no longer would assist and promised to call back and make arrangements but never called back. Poor form for a Dr. office that is providing this type of service. Not even a recommendation of another Dr."

"I was able to make an appointment with ease. The staff member who did my intake over the phone was very nice and kind and I got a call back within hours for an appointment the next day. Most insurances are accepted and self pay (which is what I did). My initial intake session was $360. This can be paid in cash or debit/credit. Going into a first time session is never easy but I felt comfortable speaking with Dr. Suzanne Tuzel. She stayed late and didn’t rush any questions or concerns I had about my options. This location is easy to find with lots of parking towards the back of the building. The office is located on the second floor to the right of the elevator when you step out. I did have to wait 45 minutes to be seen, which sucked (and not the norm) but someone did pop their head out to check in so my overall experience was pleasant. The waiting area is also very clean and bright."

"Worked with Christina Stern and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately I switched jobs and didn't have insurance for a few months but Christina said she would do anything she could to help me during that time until my new insurance kicked in. 2 weeks before my new insurance started I ran out of 2 medications and started struggling because of it and needed to get a refill so I called the office. The receptionist said I had to make an appointment to get a refill. I tried to explain my situation and that the medications I needed alone would be a few hundred dollars and would be happy to set an appointment in a couple weeks. She came back and said she would give me the cash discount of $100. I asked to speak to Christina since she said she would help me... The receptionist refused. I asked to speak to the office manager, she said hold on a minute... Put me on hold for 10 minutes and said she just walked in the door and is unavailable but will say the same thing. At that point anything thing I said she would cut me off, so I kept saying stop cutting me off, you're being rude and after 3 times I started raising my voice and she used that as an excuse to finally hang up on me. How can good doctors use such awful staff?? 10/16/19 Update: The person that caused that poor review must no longer work there because I have had nothing but great support from this office ever since. They are helpful in the phone and accommodative add much as possible. This is a very welcome change because I was starting to look for a new psychiatrist and it's hard to get reliable reviews of doctors where and was happy with my doctor and didn't want to leave for poor office staff."
