"I came in for a second time to the Tarrytown Clinic. My first time in 2020. I had a good experience the first time and with lower back issues I decided to return based on doctors referral. I was told that I would see a therapist that would accept my insurance and they gave me an appt. I really enjoyed working with Adam. However after my session they called me and told me my insurance would not be accepted and I would have to pay out of pocket for my past visit. I told them the issue and told them to cancel all my appointments and bill me and That I felt it was unfair to take me on as a client without verifying insurance. Instead of doing as I asked they called me yet again to offer me discounted sessions to try and keep me paying appointments out of pocket. It you decide to use this company, make sure your insurance is covered by the individual therapist because this company does not operate ethically."

I was under the care of Dr Elizabeth Bryum (Liz) and Katie Streeter, she prescribed a series of effective exercises and modified them as needed . I’m now able to walk a lot better and progressing for Achilles tendinitis and heal spurs .The team is super friendly and the atmosphere here is very welcoming. The staff is amazing they make you feel comfortable and eager to do the exercises and follow through at home. Thank you for the help"

"I had surgery on my meniscus in June with massive swelling, pain level was pretty high. The staff at ProClinix have been an enormous help in my recovery and i cannot say enough great things! Liz and Katie have taken me from my absolute lowest point to smiling every day because I'm physically improving and have my independence back. They push me at my PT sessions but also encourage me and give excellent instruction. Tamzyn is super helpful when scheduling appointments on my crazy timeline :-) 5 stars for this group, they've been the absolute best."
