"Our family, and most importantly, our kids loves this place. Their doctors are amazing and we have never had anything short of awesome care. BUT their office management, including billing is a whole different story. It just happened that we switched insurance at the beginning of 2023 and it was never properly updated in their system. Around October 2023 we received a bill for services dating back to June. Not all claims were showing, so my first action was to check my insurance's claims through their website and found out that some claims were billed to the wrong insurance (they probably never removed the old insurance and submitted claims without checking eligibility). Well, since October I've been trying to correct this problem and unfortunately and according to multiple calls, the office manager was the only person able to help. Call after call, message after message. Today is January 23rd and I finally got a call back, just to be told since these claims are so old, I have to call their billing department... so I called and surprise: had to leave a message, because wait time expired without anyone picking up my call. So here I embark today in my next adventure, trying to speak with someone from their billing department. All this without even mentioning that the person who returned my call was extremely rude, had no time to even let me explain the issue. Pulled the chart, directed me to billing and not even a "have a good day". If this is management, they should think long and hard about re-training, as their customer service skills are next to zero. Which is a shame, considering this attitude only casts a shadow over the amazing doctors that work in their practice."

"MY FIRST VISIT. Let’s start off with setting my appointment, it went smooth. I called as soon as they opened at 9:00am and the woman was very pleasant and scheduled me for a 4pm appointment, they close at 5pm. Perfect. I showed up at 3:45pm sat down. People kept being called even patients that came after me. Then finally I was called by a nice nurse around 4:12p she asked me what was the reason for my visit. I told her my daughter of 23 months had a fever and sore throat and cough. We sat and waited and waited and waited. I kept opening the door and being ignored. Finally I saw a doctor and asked if I was going to be seen.. she looked at me surprised and then another doctor jumped out of the office saying she had no idea she had another patient. I had an appointment. Where was the communication??? When I tell you maybe 5 minutes she took to tell me my daughter had a cold. I am beyond disappointed. I’m a worried parent and I didn’t think a full assessment was done properly because it was closing time. She has an upcoming appointment in June. I will give it a second chance because I really don’t want to go through the whole transfer process again if I don’t have to. I will update my review after that appointment."

"I love the medical staff, who are very attentive and helpful at all times and the best thing is that they always have an appointment available for the little ones. I like that. My daughter was seen the same day I called"
