"If I could rate 0 stars I would On google it says they are open until 5pm. I get to the office around 2:45 and was told the people who work there were done for the day. I drove 30 minutes for nothing."

"I have been using MVP since 2016. I recently got diagnosed with epilepsy, a seizure disorder. I applied for home health care and was supposed to have one of their nurses call me this morning at 10:30am to talk about the amount of hours I would need and about what kind of care I am accepted for. I waited all day for them to call me. So I called and no nurse picked up. Only a representative, which was very polite. I am trying to get care as soon as possible because I am currently 7 months pregnant with a condition that can kill my child and me if something happens and no one is here to call the emergency line."

"MVP should not qualify as an insurance company. Not only do they fail to provide in-network providers, they place the burden on the patient to find providers, explain to them how the claims process work, and pay up-front out-of-network costs with no guarantee of reimbursement. Most recently, MVP reached out to an out-of-network provider of mine and discouraged them from proceeding with treatment on my behalf, resulting in a coverage gap for medical care. MVP will actively sabotage treatment options resulting in medical and financial hardship for its subscribers."

"I would give zero stars if possible. Can not find providers who accept this insurance. (I have heard from providers that they are very difficult to work with and get paid.) We have been trying for over 8 months to find mental health providers and can not even find ONE to take us or even put us on a waiting list. I have contacts many many on my own plus they have even provided me with numerous contacts that are incorrect, not in business any more, only works with adults, provider no longer at location, and many other reasons. Their directory is not updated at all. As I mentioned, can not even find ONE in over 8 months. If you have any other option, do not go with them."

"Reps are wonderful! Administrators with providing a participating provider's office while participating with information regarding patients, not. We informed them we are not in possession with regards to reports on lists of medications, doctor visits to specialists, urgent care visits, hosptal admissions, which they have in their system and we have no way of knowing as patients do not need referrals to go to theses places. MVP consistently failed to provide us with this information for patients making it very difficult and impossible for us to maintain a complete record that was current in terms of every diagnosis, medication, etc. And ironically, they stated we were required to maintain a patient's complete record, which was impossible to do since they refused to communicate this information to us. BEWARE anyone who makes complaints to them because they'll try to retaliate against you. It's time someone oversees the way this plan operates and conducts business."
