"absolute disgrace. They steal your money for product that can be found in market for less than $100. basically there is no guarantee and there is costumer service. The staff are rude even the manager yelled at me for being 10 minutes late, but when they are late they just say sorry and there is nothing you can do. horrible contract that basically does not give you any benefits, following this with lawyer but I felt to tell the people to not waste your money at this place."

"I followed the regime as told, came in monthly for my treatments, used the supplies given and the infrared unit on my head daily. After the several month program there was no difference. John who showed me my before and after tried to make it look like things changed. What it looked to me was he just zoomed in closer on the troubled spots. I was disappointed and felt like I was coned out of my few thousand dollars. I remember reading in the pamphlets that if no change or not satisfied after treatment program I would be offered an alternative which could be a procedure and what I paid in would be applied to this. I'm disappointed that I was never asked or offered to try something else. I feel it was all about get my money and send me on my way. Everyone there were very nice and the girl who took care of me regularly was a sweetheart so I will give her credit. "I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with Hair Club of Buffalo. Experiencing hair loss can be quite frustrating and depressing. My first interview with Shannon went quite well. I think she is used to people with my concerns and made me feel very much at ease. We worked out a plan and she gave me hope. As the months progressed what was explained to me began to happen.
