"The overall care isn't bad. I've dealt with 2 great P.A 's Amanda, who has left, and Amy. Trying to get through to the office is a nightmare. The call center or main office whatever it is is a joke. You leave a message at the office a call center employee calls you back and has no idea what message you left at the office. If I wasn't already established there for many years and I wasn't treated well by the P.A. I'd leave. It wasn't always this bad. Before the French Rd. office closed I never dealt with any problems there. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because as mentioned the P.A.'s have treated me well."

"This one was one and done for me. Receptionists are RUDE and NASTY. Dr blew off concerns and told me my issues were due to being overweight. I'm 5'6 and weight 139 lbs. They asked me questions about my mental health and then charged my insurance stating that it was a "crisis" . GTFOH"

"They do not care about their patients. I was told to go back to urgent care even though urgent care told me to follow up with my primary 1-2 days after my urgent care appointment. This all started with what I thought was strep throat and I walked into urgent care 2 days ago with fever, chills, and extremely sore, painful throat. Urgent care was positive it was covid because of the fever even though I told them I tested negative on at home test. Eventually the test results came back negative for flu and covid. They never tested me for strep! So on monday 1/30/23 when I called my primary which is wny medical pc, 3218 WALDEN AVE, DEPEW, NY, 14043, the nice lady receptionist told me to go back to urgent care because they don't do strep tests. This is beyond unprofessional I thought at the very least they would want to see me given my concerns and recent urgent care visit. Nope they don't care. It's not because the fear of covid because I tested negative for covid with at home tests and pcr tests administered at urgent care. This is medical negligence and this is why so many seemingly healthy people keep dying In my opinion. These "medical professionals" are nothing but lazy,selfish, uncaring human beings and they should find a new line of work because people's lives should not be in their hands. PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!"

"Though I wouldn't call WNY Medical the worst medical facility ever, it's the worst I've been to. I can't recommend it. The place is easy to get to but also easy to miss; it's tucked in between several large commercial buildings and doesn't have a clear sign. It can be hard to get in and out of the place and the parking is limited. It's also not in a convenient locations. The facility is clean and organized, but don't expect the comfortable, pleasing environment of most modern medical offices. The interior is as outdated and dreary as the exterior. The staff at this office are friendly, competent, and professional. I had no problems when I was there in person. When I called, though, I'd be routed to the main office (or call center) that had terrible staff. They couldn't communicate effectively or clearly. I basically had to follow their script to get them to understand what I needed; they couldn't interact with you naturally like most people can. Most importantly, though, is how frustrated I was by my doctor. She didn't engaged with me effectively nor was she proactive at all. When I first reported symptoms of a chronic medical condition, she wasn't at all alarmed that someone in my otherwise good health was having issues. A year later when the symptoms persisted, she sent me to see specialists and get exams to cover the worst case scenario. She did not, however, send me to the specialist that could address the most likely scenarios. (It was only after I switched doctors two years later that I got the referral I needed.) Overall, I suggest going elsewhere for medical care if you can."
