"Thorough with good explanations. The resolution of my issue was most satisfactory. At first, I felt ignored, as the tech diagnosed my dog before meeting him. Then again, she was right :-). I was put off by disparaging comments about my breed. Such generalizations are off-putting"

"I would say the care of the animals is good. But the fact that you might as well give them your arm and leg for payment is ridiculous. Just spent almost $200 just for shots. Will never bring any of my animals back there unless I want to end up homeless."

"Since you didn't have a vet for a bit I was going to Cornwall for my pet care. I was very pleased to meet the new vet and the vet tech, Carol, was excellent. Carol is a very skilled vet tech and she was excellent with Oscar and Bene. I'm disappointed that you are only open M-Th and have no emergency services. The distance for any emergency services is 3 hours. Also, I wish you offered euthanasia services at home for pets. I would pay more for that service."

"My dog Bailey received such excellent care and genuine love from the staff at Town and Country in Massena. The veterinarian quickly ordered tests and found she had a liver disease which needed to be treated in Burlington. After several visits and the right meds she is back to being herself and hopefully live a long life. I cannot thank them enough we owe her life to them. I highly recommend Town and Country."
