"I have been doctoring with Dr. Desai ever since he first came to Massena. I followed him when he went into the practice of St. Lawrence Internists at their present location on Andrews Street. I have the utmost respect for this group of medical personnel. When I am sick, they try their best to get me in the same day. They have x-ray machine on site and a machine that takes your copayments if you have a bank card. If you are looking for a family doctor, I would highly recommend St. Lawrence Internists."
