"Dont waste your time. Called here for a quote. After trying to explain I needed a quote several times to the same woman, she took down my info and promised to call next day. Next day? I was on the phone at 9AM. OK fine. Next day comes and at 4PM I call them. I am told that it will be at least another day before I can get a quote and then have to give her all the info again as she cant seem to find it. Again promises next day and will call me no later then 10AM. No call, so I call at noon. I am told that I didnt give her the proper VIN, I ask her what she has, and she says shes not sure. At this point I give it to her again and am told she will call me right back she has someone in her office, and hangs up. Next day I get a call back from a different woman asking for my info so she can input it and get me a quote. I explain I have done this already and the whole deal. She apologizes and says she doesnt see anything and offers to do it again. She also informs me the quote will be ready next day but because its Friday she will call me Monday morning and let me know. Monday comes, and I again have to call at noon. Finally a quote, but they need to know car specifics, such as a VIN to pin it down. Even though it was given to both women and several times. I was able to get a quote same day from a different Erie Insurance provider same day and even while on the phone with them. Richards, deals in Erie and couldnt do this. I dont know why, but I would steer clear of them unless you like to wait."
