"I was going to dent for years. And was unexpectedly dropped as a patient. I was told because I missed a 3 appointments they dropped me. From day one I told them my job mandates and phones aren’t allowed inside, so if I don’t show up that’s why. I’ve always paid for my no show fees because I understand that it’s my responsibility. I showed up for my appointment (after they scheduled me for my monthly appointments in January February and March) and was told I was no longer in the system and that a letter was mailed out to inform me the day prior. My injections weren’t given to me that day, like I said I missed the month prior and now I’m S.O.L and have to find another doctor. By the time that happens it’ll be 4 months without the injections that I need to function. Dent does not care about its patients. All you are is a number, a co pay and a money maker. Several calls and messages were placed to Tara in the compliance office and 2 weeks later no response. That’s how much they care."
