"Have stage 4 heart failure, and was stuck in traffic, I called to inform the office I was stuck in traffic behind a bad accident and would be 10-20 minutes late, was assured that it wasn’t a problem! Once I got there (9 minutes late) they took my co pay, and sent me to the waiting room. Where I was then informed that the dr said he couldn’t see me because he had plans! 9 minutes!!! Hundreds of times I’ve sat in that waiting room for hrs, but if I’m 9 minutes late oh well! Who cares if you live or die!"
"Top notch experience for my first echocardiogram. Amazingly well oiled machine of a practice. Cleanliness clearly a priority, lines were non existent as they had appropriate staff that knew what they were doing! Everyone was professional and pleasant that I encountered!"
