"If I could give zero stars, I would. Most unprofessional encounter I've had in years. Waited 3 hours only to find out that my mother (92 years old) could not have an xray because they failed to ask any questions about her physical status during the intake processes, and they did not have a hoyer lift. They should have recommended a portable xray be done at her place of residence. I am almost positive our problem was not unique to them. And when I made the suggestion that they ask people in the future, if they might need any type of accommodations, they didn't seem to understand. We never knew of a portable xray because we don't get them everyday; whereas they administer them every day. New hospital Donors and Patients, Beware!!"
"-5 stars! These people are very rude and inconsiderate! I’ve been dealing w ppl in the medical field for the better part of 30yrs w my different medical issues, but never in my life have I dealt w a group of people like this, they are rude miserable and inconsiderate. And what angers me the most is that they where dealing w my child. No one treats my child that way! I will never give these people the time of day again even if they were the only ones left in this field! I would rather drive to Syracuse or even Albany!! Even buffalo if I had to!!!"
