"Staff is professional and welcoming. Good movies playing in the background. The auto body shop theme is dope! So cool how they use the tire pressure hose to remove unwanted hair around you! It felt comfortable knowing the precaution they took regarding COVID-19, disinfection, and their own health reporting. It would be nice if the apparel was displayed better. There were a lot unopened merchandise boxes lying around unorganized. It definitely took away from the cool aesthetics of the place when it feel like a storage room with those boxes and apparel lying around. I would've purchased had I been given a full view of apparel available. I'd go again though! My son's cute was fresh! Props to Al the barber!"

"It's unfortunate on how we met but I'm sure glad that I ended up here with these guys. Yeah they fixed my car but it was more than just fixing the car. Mike has a calm demeanor which puts you at ease. He walked me through the entire process and let me know what I should expect. I'm not a fan of surprises so I greatly appreciated that. He was extremely patient with me as I had multiple questions and he answered each one without making me feeling silly or stupid for asking. Mike called me when my car was finished. I was not able to make it to the shop prior to them closing and accepted that I would pick it up the next day. Mike made arrangements to have the car delivered to me that evening. They did a superb job with fixing my car but that type of customer service is something you can't get everywhere. It didn't feel forced, phony or disingenuous. Mike and Shamir, I sincerely appreciate you and your team for all your hard work. I hope we never have to meet again under those circumstances but if we do I owe you a hug for a your kindness and for you going above and beyond the call of duty."
