"Waste of time. Waited 45 minutes after calling and confirming that there was availability. Waited then asked what’s the deal after many other customers came and went in front of me. After speaking to Steve was told only by appointment and he’s not available for another hour! I called and confirmed he was available! Absolute waste of someone’s time. Pompous and nonchalant about the entire experience I was having there. Then told me to ask each of the other 7 guys if they had time to cut me. I’ll take my money elsewhere."
