"Such a lovely shopping experience! Thanks to the experienced and kind ladies working here, I got my perfect size. I didn’t know that the 5050 soho lug bootie runs BIG. Had I purchased this shoe online, I would have gotten a 9.5 (my usual size) instead of 8.5. Am in love with my purchase. Instantly comfortable, zero break-in needed. PS: A fluffy white rug runs the length of the store, making you feel like a runway model as you pace back and forth testing out sizes hahaha. A nice touch"
