"I brought my grandson to have his haircut on Tuesday and was told to sign in and wait in my car, they would “yell”out when it was our turn, in approximately 10 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I called them to inquire why I’m still waiting. They stated they forgot someone came in that had appointment. What was upsetting is that no one “yelled” out to tell me it would be longer and as a result my grandson and I were sitting in a running car for forty- five minutes. Shame on them. The appropriate thing to do was to either come out and tell me the situation or call me and ask me what I wanted to do. They gave me no choice until I waited forty- five minutes. My time is important despite what they may think. This barber shop may cut hair good but I can’t Yeah testify to that because my grandson never got his haircut. Very unprofessional!!!"
