"This is our normal place to go but...today we waited 2 hours before leaving with no hair cut. Only 2 ladies working. When we walked In without an appointment they should have told us they had bleaching scheduled and 4 or 5 scheduled appointments ahead of us. We would have never wasted our time waiting around. At least 2 other people walked out as well. I felt really disrespected in the moment. I believe honesty is the best policy. I would have made an appointment right then and left happy."
"Was good service and clean. The women who cut my hair was very hospitable but I wanted my hair buzzed with the top longer and short closer to my neck and she didn't fade it well. She was very kind and quick about it as there were others waiting to get haircuts so I understand. The haircut was not bad I just wanted it a little different from what she did."
