"I walked in, looked at some shoes, a man came over to assist. He seemed relatively annoyed that i didn't like his selection and maybe was having a bad day. I have been looking for shoes for 6 months after an ankle break and not having any luck with all the shoes made in china these days. I settled on a pair after he pulled out the insert (would have been helpful a few shoes earlier). While they had a somewhat decent selection I believe if you make an appointment you may get better customer service, you should put that on your website!!! I dont know if I will return now. The only reason for 2 stars was an ok selection."

"My wife was referred to FPC and had a great experience finding the right shoes for her hard to fit bunion feet. when she went back to pick up her ordered shoes, I went too. I was amazed by the staff and quality of the footwear. Teri was fun to work with and showed me several different shoes that really fit and were comfortable because of her attention to properly measuring my feet. Customer service is the name of the game here!! I ended up with 3 pairs of shoes. I thought the days of quality footwear and service were gone, but I was wrong! I did some after the fact research and found the pricing at FPC was the same as an online purchase with a huge plus in customer service."
"I had a great experience here with Pam, who went above and beyond to provide me with patient and helpful service as I chose a new pair of sneakers. It was close to closing time and she didn't rush me at all. My partner also speaks highly of his experience with Emily, who set him up with a pair of sneakers and arch supports. This place is so much better than buying shoes at a department or sporting goods store... I highly recommend stopping in!"
