"Skip the brick and mortars down the road and head right to the green truck! We stopped here on a road trip and feel like we hit the jackpot. Authentic and flavorful food set in the NY Mountains right off the Hudson River. We ordered tacos with each of the protein options: chicken, steak, and sausage. The meat was crispy, but retained its flavor and moisture. I asked for no sour cream as we usually like the traditional cilantro and onion only, but they forgot… the cream was mild and didn’t take away from the flavor of the meat so I wasn’t upset. Double corn tortillas served with lime, as well as a spicy sauce and verde. Plus, they serve Jarritos! This is a must try if you want true Mexican food with friendly taquerias. Reminder: cash only!"
