"I ordered the medium jerk chicken ($16) on doordash and was sent me a pile of overcooked back bones. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment and he told me come back tonight to replace, which I was not able to, and from there I was told “sorry” and that he was positive he gave me a “thigh with meat on it”. What does that mean? For $16 you get backbones and maybe some edible meat? Bones are traditional on jerk, yes - NOT like this. I’m clearly upset but I’m not exaggerating on this at all. Also the Mac was VERY greasy pasta with melted cheddar on it, the rice had no peas, and the beef patty had much ticker crust than filling. I was so excited for this based on the Google reviews but never again. Sending a customer a majority of chicken backbones isn’t an unconscious mistake."
