"Sadly today was my last visit to this place. They make a great Italian sub, plenty of meat. I've had hair in my food on 3 separate occasions at this deli, I'm too grossed out to eat there again. I couldn't finish my sandwich all 3 times, so money down the drain. Their food is great, not sure about cleanliness."
"Extremely disappointed! About a year ago I got a super antipasto platter to bring to a party. It was delicious and I thought I would buy another just for us to enjoy at home. I saw that the price went up by $20, but what hasn't? The platter shrunk! The prosciutto was sliced very thick. The cherry peppers were stuffed with a soft cheese that fell apart almost to powder with a sharp bite of vinegar. the roasted red peppers were more garlic than pepper, as were the mozzarella pearls. What was a sharp hard provolone or pecorino last year was a soft provolone today. There were no pepperoncini's. the button mushrooms, olives and pepperoni we all good, but they were prepackaged products. I am not one to complain but I am glad I didn't buy this platter to share with friends and family. The last one was the hit of the party."
"Zero stars! September 6 2023 in the morning we ordered our breakfast sandwiches. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon. This was the worse bagel I have ever had. It was a minimum of two days old, not toasted, freezing cold and only crunchy-ish because of staleness. Also not an everything bagel. Disgusting! My husbands breakfast sandwich came on a stale hard roll too. Extremely disappointing."
"I rated this place 5 solid stars, and believe me, I would rate them many more if I could. Their sandwiches rival anything you find at the chain delis in this area, and their customer service is exemplary. For anyone reading my review and believes there is a better deli in Newburgh, or anywhere else, I say prove it."
"After doing some research and reading all the positive reviews about this deli. I decided to take a 25 minute drive to the deli for deli meats. Unfortunately there website / menu selection does not reflect the current inventory and prices. The deli meats are definitely good quality but updated inventory and pricing would definitely be helpful as a customer. I was disappointed that I was expecting to purchase certain meats that were not available. I understand the prices reflect our economy at this moment. I probably will visit this deli in the future."
