"We had an appointment for our dog to be groomed. When we came in a very nice man told us that our groomer should be in shortly. Apparently she was sitting out in her car even though we were there for our appointment at the scheduled time. She came in a few minutes later and I immediately had some concerns. The woman's hands were shaking badly, she had large bags under her eyes and was generally disheveled. Her overall demeanor suggested drugs or some form of intoxication. I was obviously not comfortable leaving my dog in this persons care and took him back home. We will not ever be returning here. Leaving your pets with strangers requires a level of trust and I would absolutely not trust this business with my animals."

"this PetSmart is smaller than others I've shopped at. not as great of a selection because of that. staff was pleasant and once i asked for help they were attentive. online "in your store" selections did not match store stock. all in all I love PetSmart. wish this one was bigger"

"Very kool little store. Has everything you need in a Pet Smart. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The store had some small pets and lots of fish. We treated our little dogs to toys and treats. They have a grooming salon visible from the outside. You have to stop here when in town."
