"I have never had a bad experience at this location until last night (2/4/24) and I honestly hate to leave a bad review anywhere but I have to be honest too. I had ordered some chicken nuggets FRESH and some sauce as a quick dinner before heading home after a long day. I was happy that my order was ready fast until I got back into my car to eat while I was driving. Every single one was hard on the edges and cold in the middle and just didn't taste right! I only ate one or two and ended up dumping the rest on the ground when I got home for the local stray dog to find and eat. I'm just gonna stick to my favorite location and never return to this one. I'd give less than one star if I could. Alcoa BK, do better."

"We are treated like family. They call us by name. Everyone is friendly. Value cheeseburgers are great. Better than any other fast food restaurant we have been to."
"Dining room was dirty drink area needed to be cleaned and pick up tables were dirty we check 3 tables and they were all had food on them, lights hanging near registers were on floor, not a good thing. The woman behind register very nice but didn't take pride in her job. Wasn't very busy either."
