"I was supposed to get a light brown base color and soft blonde highlights. Caitlyn put in many foils and did the base color. The color when done was a golden light almost auburn . Highlights were almost undetectable . I asked her to fix it but the color now is all one color still and I am very unhappy with it. I am afraid to go back and have them try to fix it . They charged me $230.I still gave Caitlyn a tip because I am an ex hairdresser and couldn't not tip her. I paid and left and felt ripped off."
"Been coming here for years to get my hair cut and I always have a good experience with Jaye. Their practice is also for clients to see multiple people within the salon, so if you need to that's always an option. I pre book my appointments because they are pretty busy, especially at the holidays. I love Salon Luna!"
