"Very unhappy with customer service. I booked an appt well in advance for 6pm on Wednesday. I received a call that day my stylist was out. I called back expecting another stylist to keep a similar appt. I was told they were closing early now and I could cancel my Groupon. So basically they had no afternoon appointments and didn't feel like waiting for me. I had rearranged my work schedule that day to fit this in. Never felt like such a nobody before."
