"Went in today to purchase Nutrafol Vitamins after my Dr recommended them, and was delighted that a salon locally was carrying the line. Natalie at the front desk was very sweet. When I called to confirm if the product was available she had put one on hold for me to pick up. much appreciated. Natalie went over every detail of the product, and how often I should use it. Very informative. I will be returning to purchase more when it's time for a new bottle. Thank you again."

"I walked into this salon 3 years ago with black box dyed hair of many years with the goal of lightening overall with a bayalage/ highlights. Jamie took my hair from black to exactly what I wanted without compromising the health of my hair. She’s the best colorist I have ever been to hands down. She’s extremely knowledgeable and she really cares about her clients and the health of their hair. Jojo is my go to for my hand tied extensions which has been matched perfectly to my natural hair. Having my extensions in for 3 years (only having to get new hair 2x because the quality of the hair is amazing) my natural hair is thicker and longer and there’s 0 damage. She has really helped me achieve a thicker, longer style that I have always wanted. Everyone here is always so pleasant and sweet- from the front desk receptionists to all of the stylists, I’m never disappointed. I live on the eastern end of Long Island and I drive over an hour every month to come to this establishment. They are professional, and always put out the best service possible. The products they retail (Kerastase, Oribe) have really transformed my hair. I never feel pushed into buying products. I have only been educated on which products would work best for my hair. Kudos to this salon, you have a loyal client from me for many years to come."

"My last color appointment and overall experience at De La Mer Salon in South Merrick was extremely disappointing, as the color was applied with poor coverage leaving noticeable patches of inconsistent coloration on the left side of my head. The stylist I saw at De La Mer seemed both unmotivated and inexperienced with dark color. In reaching out to the salon, my concerns were not taken seriously, the primary issue of my poor color result dismissed, and rather I was encouraged to purchase their products. I have been receiving color treatment for my hair for five years, and am well equipped and experienced with the post-salon care and maintenance routine it requires, and was further disappointed with De La Mer Salon's lack of accountability and unprofessionalism in handling the matter.
