"Rihanna did an excellent job with my hair cut and took care to ensure I had an appointment. I would highly recommend her! I must say though customer service and front desk attendance is horrible. I called this Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday. The woman on the phone kept putting me down for the wrong date despite me politely telling her I wanted to come this week not next. I called today to see if I can move up my appointment a day earlier and was told by another receptionist that my appointment was never put in the books for Friday. Clearly the woman who made my initial appointment never put me in the book. Sadly the staff there today confirmed this is a recurring issue of forgetting to write down appointments. A hair salon is a business that relies on good customer service to function especially in this economy. I would have been livid if I had shown up Friday and had no appointment. That would have been totally disrespectful of my time and money. I hope this does not happen to future customers but future customers confirm who you speak with at the front desk and ensure they put you in the book. It’s mind boggling they don’t have an electronic booking system in 2023! Also they don’t accept credit card and insisted I pay cash without informing me - thank god I had cash on me. Thank you Rihanna for making this experience more tolerable!"
