"Charged EXTRA for Esse nail polish, did not soak my hands to soften the cuticle and the polish was so watered down my color was almost see through sheer! I should have known not to stay when I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was only 1 client."

"First time here. Mimmie did exactly what I wanted and it came out lovely. Very nice ladies, funny and straightforward. Place needs to be remodeled, a little more options on color selection and specials to compete with other salons. Example: Mon-Wed 10% gel mani and pedi at the very least but the place has potential and the customer service was feel good so I'll be coming back!"

"This place is terrible...I blame myself for giving it so many chances...went for a manicure & polish change from a pedicure I got a week and half ago here...she didn’t even fully remove all the nail polish and painted the pink polish over the old navy blue color....now my toes look awful & dirty- total waste...there’s a problem if you can’t even take off the polish that you put on....I told her I was unhappy but nothing was done. So rushed, no massage & not even a bye as you walk out...I never complain & I always tip well...save the trip and go elsewhere!"

"I have gone to this salon every month since September 2016 and have had a good experience each time except the last time. I get an underarm waxing and sometimes a half or full leg. This last time I got the underarm and full leg waxing and was highly dissatisfied by the leg waxing. First, I have never had such an aggressive waxing. Second, she forgot to do my upper leg even though I had said full leg and gestured to my leg. I reminded her(I later wished I hadn't). She left wax ALL OVER my legs. She didn't put the oil or the powder on my legs after the waxing like she did my underarms. My legs were sticking together and sticking to EVERYTHING! I wished I hadn't given her any tip! Later that night, I discovered that she missed an entire section on each of my thighs! Update: I went back the next day and my waxing was fixed free of charge. I now will no longer be a walk-in and will call and make an appointment now with one of the girls that I know does it right. I went in with my mom the get mani-pedis for New Year's and they looked great. I went to Mimi and my mom used Jenny."
