"It was my first time getting hair extensions done and i decided to trust New BBS Beauty Salon, it was also my first time going to this salon. Fast forward i made an appointment for 9:00am , the stylist Betty showed up minutes to 10:00am. I specifically stressed to Ivy when making the appointment i did not want to spend too much hours in the salon since i have work. Fast forward Betty started braiding my hair and let me tell you, she was not gentle at all with my hair, and i am 100% sure she saw me in pain along with the other two ladies in there, but did not even stop being rough. When she sewed in the extension, that was another pain in my as$. They are too tight, my head hurts from these. Lastly, the price, when we called to ask for the price Ivy said it was $15 per track. They charged me $230.00 for 6 tracks, a blowout (i washed my hair before going there) and styling. Tell me why to just blow my hair out was $55? Tell me why the price per track went up from $15 to $25? Do not get me wrong Betty did a pretty decent job to my hair apart from me getting headaches from it being too tight. Going forward they need to get their pricing right and honor what they told customers over the phone and not just spontaneously drop a different price when the job is finished and id say be more gentle with customers hair."

"Do not go if you have black natural hair. This place was recommended for a cut, and just to say, I went in wearing a cap and left wearing a cap. I almost cried. The 2 stars was because my wash was good."
