"the customer service isn’t good. the price of some of these services are way too high to have such bad customer service. double to triple booking is required for one person to do hair coloring and blow dry because they overbook their clients. they have no time for you unless you do this, which is unheard of. go somewhere else if you want good service. the owner doesn’t want to lose clients and spreads herself thin by overbooking. hire more people if you want to improve your customer service and not lose more clients."

"this salon has the weirdest way of operating. the worst i’ve ever heard of in my life. they don’t even include blow drying with a hair dye job. the worst customer service i would be embarrassed to work out of this salon. the fact that you have to book two separate appointments for a blow dry no styling included is bad business as well."
