"I got a pedicure today. Place seems clean, service was distantly polite but not friendly. Now, the PRICE. First of all, a pedicure costs FORTY dollars + tip. I paid $ 20 for my pedicure, not because I got a discount, but because that's what they charge for a "regular" pedicure. Regular means they dunk your foot in water, barely touch your toes or skin with any sort of buffer, and basically paint your nails. So, that's why I'm saying a PEDICURE, a real one, where they actually remove your cuticles as opposed to just "feather touching" it without removing anything, where they actually scrub your calluses....you know where they actually give you a pedicure!!! Yeah, well that's going to set you back $40 plus tip for a "spa" pedicure. So, they were done with my regular "pedicure" in about 15 mins start to finish, no time for soaking feet, Ella just about brushed against my cuticles, I didn't see her remove anything, there was about 30 secs spent scrubbing my calluses and basically any sort of scrubbing couldn't have been more than 1 min per leg. The entire "pedicure" was done in 15 mins....never had a quicker pedicure or felt so CHEATED!!! From the minute I went in, they were trying to sell more to do what used to be part of a regular pedicure.....extra $ 10 to remove calluses, extra $20 for the spa pedicure. It was ridiculous. That and the man in charge speaks to his acolytes in Chinese, probably instructing them to do little to nothing if you just go for the "regular". Never again."

"I'm secure as a man to get my nails done, especially when I'm at a point where I can hang from them. Sophia Wang is great! The staff do a wonderful job, are gentle and I love getting a Detox treatment. It's a reward for not biting my nails. I can't speak for services beyond a very basic mani-pedi (no color!) though."

"PROS::They are very nice and always accommodate me,affordable and clean..pedicures are great,the music is relaxing. CONS::they must use a very low budget Acrylic..Its been 1 week and 1 day I've already gone back 2days after intial service to have 3 nails repaired and now I have 3 morr broken nails..I did NOTHING to compromise the integrity of the acrylic. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The 1st occasion I was using SNS and 4 nails broke so low it caused bleeding. Ive been wearing nails for over 30 years and this Never has happened. In the photo..I had both pinky nails redone and he only filed the broken pointer nail and its a totally different shape 2 days after I got them done."

"My daughter wanted to treat me to a manicure and pedicure and we had the best experience. The place was very clean and everyone was very attentive and polite. There is a wide selection of great colors. I took the upgrade polish because regular nail polish never lasts on me. The pedicure was amazing. I haven't had one in over a year. She was very gentle yet thorough. I loved the massage part. The manicure was excellent too. They have a nice little area you can wait in where you dry your nails. The music they play is also so relaxing. The prices were very reasonable too. (Everything is posted and disclosed up front). A great experience and we will def be back to try one of the amazing spa treatments listed."
