"Beware!!! If you find something suspicious ALWAYS ask for an **itemized bill.** I finally found what I thought was the perfect clinic. The place was clean and the staff was overall accommodating (hence the two stars). That changed last summer, I had a deep cleaning done and was told I was covered by my insurance. I was told that I need to do a follow up visit for the procedure. a new rep greeted me and aggressively told me that I owe $100.00 I was surprised as I never received a bill (I had the procedure done in December). She asked for my credit card and I told her "no I need to view this bill before I can pay you anything". She then said she can't put me down for today I told fine okay, I'll give you $20.00 but I'll need to see that bill. The "procedure" was just a cleaning. She calls me three weeks later and says I still owe $80.00 I asked for an itemized bill. She remained silent for about 5 seconds and said she will send one in "three weeks" that was 3 months and I yet to receive a bill. This is not professional."

I went in for a regular cleaning and I must say bedside manner was no issue. Ashley was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, she was detailed and took her time with every nook and cranny!!! She was so friendly, and she made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Lastly, my visit was completed by Dr.Louis, who was super sweet and made sure I had a pleasant experience.
