"Very bad place. Very bad personal. And They also cheat with payment. I don't recommend this department. I hade a complicated surgery in October. I paid about $9,000 and they sent information to my insurance company that the operation was for $5,000. And they couldn't explain to me why I had to pay 3,000 more."

"You can never get through on the phone. It takes at least 7 attempts and then you’re directed to a voicemail that informs you that your inquiry will be addressed in 3 business days. If you’re lucky enough to get through, “montefiore, please hold,” and an hour passes. The staff are the worst you’ll ever encounter. Bunch of white Karens. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a good experience with the staff coming here, but the dentists are pretty good. If you can afford to go elsewhere, please do so. You’ll regret stepping foot into the clinic because of nasty administrative staff. They’re a bunch of bullies. Be warned if you’re a person of color. Also, all the 5 star reviews are 100% fake. Just take a look at the likes on the 1 star reviews."

"I have been a patient since 2015 and the care from implant to cleaning has been excellent. Staff, Joanna. Nolan and the hygienist are remarkable. Visit them and you too will be able to say smething great about the staff."

"I had surgery here last month. The doctors are great and understanding, however, the staff here truly exemplify why this location has a 1 star. I called in at 11:30 because my gums are infected and after numerous attempts spoke with reception about coming in to see Dr. Nolan. At 11:41 the woman who put me on hold said to get to the clinic before 1 pm. Upon arrival before 1 pm, (12:50) the staff said I was late and that my appointment was at 12:30. I contested this because before 1 doesnt mean 12:30. If they meant 12:30 they should have mentioned it. Not 1, but 3 women, especially the short haired white woman, began verbally attacking me claiming they said 12:30. They are liars. Why does it take 3 people to address one person when I spoke to one person who gave me a different time? Don't they have recordings that they can refer to? The staff here are bulliea, it's a shame because the doctors are pretty good."

"The service and my dental work were fantastic. Only problem is no one picks up the phone. My temporary crown loosen while in Puerto Rico. The Dr I saw wanted to speak to my dentist because I was still in the healing process but one one picks up the phone. Terrible customer support. The service takes a message (June 12) which states that someone will get back to you in 3 DAYS. Today is day 4, I am going to the office today. While at the office the phones were ringing and I was told "we don't pick up phones the service takes all calls" . Amazing they are talking among themselves but can't pick up a phone call! THEY DON'T CARE.. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE."
